> DESCRIPTION: BARIEL started as a solo project by my friend Jakub — electronic music built on synths and vocals. We also play together in Méta Monde, but this material called for something else. Around the same time, I was exploring live visuals, so we combined our directions and shaped it into an audiovisual act. Later we were joined by Zdenda (guitar) and Jacob (drums).

I create and perform live visuals using video synthesizers, controlling everything in real time with some added glitches to break the polish. Each track has its own visual identity and vibe.

I’ve also worked on the project’s first album artwork, single covers, and contributed visual effects to its music videos.
